Linda Brooks – Managing Director
Linda has over 12 years experience in the debt collection and credit control industry and is a valuable hands on member of the team.
Linda’s experience was built around the credit control department of a large national engineering company and frequently negotiated payment of debts in excess of a hundred thousand pounds.
As Managing Director Linda continually strives for best practice and actively promotes a firm but fair approach in the way the Debt Solve team go about collecting client monies.
Mike Brooks – Debt Collection Consultant
Mike has over 20 years experience in the debt collection and bailiff industry and has held a Bailiff Certificate since 1989.
Mike joined a fledgling bailiff company as a bailiff in 1996 and was asked to join the board in 1998 as operations director, a position he held for 8 years.
During this time he was an active member of The Association of Civil Enforcement Agencies and was elected Treasurer in December 2003 and successfully held the post for two years.
In December 2005 Mike was elected to the post of Vice Chairman a position he held until November 2006 when he left to set up Debt Solve with his wife Linda a joint ambition that has flourished into a well respected business.
